Michelle Berman has been a practicing clinical nutritionist for the past 24 years. Ms. Berman advocates foods that are pure and minimally processed and enhance rather than take away one's health & well-being. In her private practice, Michelle educates families on the importance of understanding the food choices we make in our every day lives. She advocates nutritional healing as one of the most vital components to living a healthy and harmonious life and believes that what we put into our bodies is what our bodies become.
Michelle is a graduate of Syracuse University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Dietetics and then went on to acquire her Master's of Science Degree in Nutrition at Drexel University. She trained at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she received her internship training in pediatrics. Her Master's Thesis in Vitamin B-6 in Premenstrual Syndrome was conducted at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
For over 20 years, Michelle has been helping children and their families adjust their eating habits & relationship with food in order to optimize their health and well-being. She resides in Fairfax, VA with her son Jesse.
