Measurable: Everyday, I say to myself 10 times, "Everyday and in every way I am getting better and better!", preferably in the morning.
I commit to consciously think positively, whenever I am aware that I am experiencing negative thoughts, I acknowledge and transform them into positive and empowering thoughts by using reframe and transformational vocabularies. For example, 1. I am tired -- I am unresourceful and I choose to get myself into a state of resourcefulness (a state where I can access my inner resources effortlessly) by using an anchor 2. I am confused -- I am about to make a breakthrough 3. I can't concentrate -- I choose to get myself into a state of concentration (a state where I take in information effortlessly) by using an anchor 4. "Everything is possible and miracles are happening now!" 5. I am a genius! 6. I am envious of him/her -- I acknowledge my own unique uniqueness and talents and I intend to model his/her excellence and to grow myself. 7. I commit to the principle of CANI - Continuous and Never-ending improvement!
