bhoi commits to:
spend at least 5 minutes daily each evening to think about and visualise what I am going to do the next day.
I also commit to briefly plan mentally/on paper before I start a period of work or activity. I ask myself the OPA questions, "What is the expected Outcome? What is the Purpose? What is the action plan? What is the most appropriate and important thing to do right now?" I commit to practice the principle of Habit 2, i.e. Begin with the End in Mind, by thinking think about my Mission Statement, etc.
