This week I started trying to do home practice on my own. So I'm days where I didn't go to be yoga in the mornings I was doing a home practice for 30 or so minutes. I noticed that it's challenging but it really forces me to pay attention to my own body and what I'm doing and I think that after some time And attention a flow started to develop. |

This week I went to yoga class every day Monday through Friday and again today on Sunday. Now that Christine is no longer teaching, I'm trying to make it seem more classes of Allisons and Betsys. |
