eel = eew sous vide chicken = boiling chicken in a bag for 2 hours. dinner party success! cheese course thanks to gourmet mixed salad with pears, candied walnuts, and blue chess with a champagne vinaigrette coffee rubbed rib eyes steak chocolate creme de pot beer pairing with each meal. yum |
