You have been active all week! Some pointers though:

Focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance through swimming and running. We had some setbacks this week, but you made it through!

Increase flexibility. You need to work on the glutes, as they have been causing you problems for awhile.

Do some strength training, focusing on extreme isometrics, but also increasing muscle mass.
