| Pulled out short hairs trying to grow back on both sides of my head, the left more than the right. I do this around the same time each month and need something else to do with my hands or control the anxiety. Where my knitting needles? | |

Pulled out hairs in the bathroom before showering. Looking for deep breaths and mindfulness all week. Work is stressful and I'm Internalizing too much :( |

| Pulled out tangles and tweeted out white hairs on the side of my head in the bathroom this morning. Lapsed :( goal is not to pull anymore today and there's a long day ahead. | |
