In addition to existing commitments, I commit to:
1. Diet: Fasting (i.e., < 200 cal) for 10 days/mo. (6 days for partial mos. (Feb & Dec)). 2 months excepted. Low carb diet may be substituted for fasting regime when plan/rules finalized and fwded to ref & recipient. 2. Exercise: Previous goals upped from 25 min of daily exercise to 50; "very light" exercise option upped from 50 to 90 min. 3. On workdays, spend at least 25 min on 106 Project (1 day/mo + 10 floating days excepted).
