| I didn't actually go climbing, but I did weights for arms which I never do. I did that workout with Asia in the evening after running 6 miles in the morning. YAY! | |

| Climbing this week was great. Gabriel helped me try and succeed at routes that I probably wouldn't have otherwise. | |

| I didn't actually go climbing, but I scored really well on my PT test, which is the reason I didn't go (to save my arms for push ups). | |
