I have abstained and limited starch. I haven't been perfect with spin & arms because of some life stuff, but I still consider that I'm on track as usually when im stressed out I'm a hot mess!!

Paul ate chips yesterday and I told him to make sure I didn't reach for any. I kept to my goal even though the smell of Doritos were tempting! :)
