GREEN JUICE IS SAVING ME. My usual 1-2 servings of fruits & veggies a day, plus a big glass of juice are (finally) making this part easier. 5k steps + no sugar = BAM. |

I'm still on plan. Many lessons learned: It's okay to start slow and build up, cereal bars are a gateway drug, it helps to have green juice in the fridge, and - as always - planning and prep are key. |

I am s c r a p i n g by on this one. A x-country trip and family funeral were unforeseen challenges; now getting ready for another x-country trip (though this one was planned). A bum knee has me down to 5000 steps a day. I think I tried to build up too quickly - hence the knee. Still - I'm sitckking with it. |
