So I have been going 3 days a week, but last week due to some trouble finding rides I only went once. This week, I just went tonight (Monday) and will be going Wednesday and Friday. I really am beginning to see some significant progress. |

Did both circuits last week. Did Friday on Saturday though, and did Monday circuit today (Tuesday). I need to focus on eating better before and after workouts. Starting to notice some strength improvements. Also did the Day 2 of Week 3 of the pushup challenge. Powered through and worked for the 25 max.
If you fail because you are not skilled enough, then you did not truly fail, as long as you continue to work hard to improve. However, if you fail because you did not apply all the effort you could have, then you truly failed. You will always be held back by yourself until you can break free and give 100% on everything. Until then, you are damned by yourself and will improve at a slow pace. |

Today I did the Monday circuit. I also did Week 2 Day 2 of 100 pushups. Did 17 max. Pretty gassed. Running tomorrow. |

Today I ran one mile at 6:39 pace and did a 2:15x1:07 plank. I was only able to complete about half of my arm workout as I got there too late. I need to get there before 8:45. Tomorrow I will stretch and go for a run. |
