- Do a social activity, out of the house, 3x per week. This has to be an activity outside of work where I am around (not necessarily talking to) people.
- Drink alcohol and eat sugar by myself no more than 1 day per week. I choose the day at any point during the week. - No more than 30 minutes of time-wasting websites by myself per day. - Meditate, Stretch, Foam Roll (or stretch more) 5 minutes per day. - Floss 1x/week.
