Hey Ann! Just wanted to say thank you and great job for continuing to stick to the plan. I know it hasn't quite been running on all cylinders these last few weeks and I appreciate your commitment and dedication. Do you happen to have a copy of your first weigh in? We have one on file so I can have Ian set it out if need be but I'd like to compare the two when you weigh in next. |

| Justin: I think this week will be better. At the end of my second week I got sick with upper respiratory things with cough, laryngitis congestion etc and it has hung around for a while. I was feeling really tired like my feet were dragging in quick sand. But I think I turned the corner yesterday and starting to get my energy back. Already went hiking at 6:45 this am and have a plan for the next three days already! Thanks for checking up on me!! You are the best! | |
