| Doing ok. Had an emotional couple days so was prone to emotional eating, but feel somewhat better and more stable now. | |

| Day 5 was rough. Had a frustrating day, vented to sarah snow and had a hard time giving her honey to take home (and putting some in her tea). Then felt huge urge to emotional eat when she'd gone. Didnt. But saying no was hard. | |
