Now up to 65.9. Much better week. Added I scoop of protein shake first thing in the morning as well as rice cakes with almond butter and jam (x4 a day). Need to stay consistent. Will add BCAA's into my diet this week. |

Now up to 65.3, rate of increase has been 63.0, 63.9, 64.5, 65.3. Need better sleep and bigger breakfasts, otherwise stay consistent. New power clean PB of 70 for 5, previous 1rm power clean (March) was 67.5. |

Good amount of sleep. 8 hours patchy sleep, breakfast: 3 avocados with honey and salmon. Mid morning protein bar, lunch: chicken and lamb wrap (big), mid afternoon 80g biltong, 6pm protein bar, 7;30 grapes and 50g cashew nuts, 9pm shepherds pie (170g meat, 1 potato), glass of full fat milk. |

A good first week, consistent diet, 120g of protein a day at least. Need to sleep more next week. 8 hours minimum. |
