My 21 Detox plan in order to loose 10 kg that I gained, Feel good and to be proud of myself.
My daily plan is: Breakfast: green cocktail. Lunch: greens + 1 portion of protein (fish, chicken). Dinner: herbal tea. Snack: herbal tea Totally not allowed: alcohol Allowed: 1 coffee.
