Ivanna commits to:
My 21 Detox plan in order to loose 10 kg that I gained, Feel good and to be proud of myself.

My daily plan is:
Breakfast: green cocktail.
Lunch: greens + 1 portion of protein (fish, chicken).
Dinner: herbal tea.

Snack: herbal tea

Totally not allowed: alcohol
Allowed: 1 coffee.

eating more proteins this days, and rally want some wine

-5 kg, I added more protein and workouts.
Not dying from hunger, but not losing weight the same fast

One week is behind.
I lost more than 3 kg so far. Nevertheless, was eating more this weekend.
