| Woohoooo! I have completed a entire week without smoking! I smoked about four cigarettes the entire week but mainly because I went to the bar. I was also invited to smoked marijuana and I declined! Let's hope this week is as easy as last week! | |

| While I have just created my commitment goal today, I began Monday, May 12, 2015 and have completed 3 days without marijuana usage, that included not purchasing marijuana. I encourage myself, to refrain from using cigarettes as a substitute. | |
