Eating 5 meals every single day until the end of this contract. The direct objective is to consume 3000 calories in order to hit a target weight of 150lbs lean body weight. Along with this commitment it is assumed i will be following a workout program and hit 150lbs body weight WITHIN a short period of time (defininetly within the contract period).
