| This week i met my goal! it is actually starting to get easier because it is getting hotter that my body is craving more water! | |

| Last week I completed my goal successfully. There was one day I left my nalgene at home so I had to make up for it when I got home. I feel good and definitely think this was a great idea for the baby. | |

| I have successfully completed this first week of drinking more water. Everyday I drink over 64 oz. of water from the Nalgene bottle that I carry around with me. Instead of reaching for a different type of drink, this goal I have set has made me make healthier decisions. | |
