smallen commits to:
I will spend a minimum of 15 minutes/day with my family members, to include myself. I will spend the time only with their interests in mind. There will be no plan of action, unless they have one in mind. I will try new things to spend time on myself. I have worked to fight for my kids but I have been emotionally separated from them. I want to spend time connecting with them and building memories for us both, and with my husband.

| Got lots of time with the kids this week, maybe too much time with them. Worked on myself which was challenging and even led to some tears, but I really worked hard on taking care of myself. | |

| This week has been going well so far. Time with the kids, cleaning up my house and finding time to either take a nap for myself, and tomorrow a hair cut. I have not had one since Feb. | |
