| So I haven't actually worked out the last couple days but I've been super active. Saturday I was at my parents house getting them ready to move and yesterday Katlyn and I cleaned up our garage and I sweat a lot. So I'm counting those for this week. I plan to go swimming either tonight or tomorrow. | |

| Bought just dance today and did 5 songs in a row. It was a good work out. Planning on going swimming with chad tomorrow. We'll see how that goes after eating chinese food. | |

| Played basketball for an hour tonight. Worked hard and sweat a lot. Had fun but got schooled. | |

| I swam last night. Did 10 laps this time. Breast, free, side, breast, free, side, breast, free, side, breast. I was wore out and my legs felt like jello but I had a lot of energy and had a hard time going to sleep. My neck is still bothering me but I plan to play basketball tonight. | |
