Over all great month.
With people visiting and special events I was able to drop weight, look good. read.
wake up early, start certain habits and see the lack of certain habits in my daily life.
constantly re-evaluating my habits and how I am as an individual striving to be better.
It is great, the measurements may be incremental but i know i am improving.

Gymmed 5 times, Tuesday ~ Saturday
Ate really clean other than Friday and Saturday...
Friday friends came over to drink and ate mcdonalds.. Saturday ate all you can eat korean bbq for Alex's buttday. Went to do cardio, sauna, and jacuzzi just to burn some calories off.
Cleaned the whole house, read some books, meal prepped for the whole week.
Felt good being productive.
Also got a lot of rest, napping, sleeping, watching tv show called Mr.Robot.
probably should spend more time reading and more time studying, but still gradually working towards it.
I realize whenever I see a book with a topic that interest me I want to buy it, because it makes me feel excited to read it, but then i stop reading it or gradually fall off on the excitement.
I need to find a way that makes reading like my watching tv shows.

hunger, needs to build upon it.
Leggo.

Been an extremely good work.
Work out 5/5, cardio 3/3.
Ate clean and meal prepped -> saved a good amount of money.
Weekend, went down to LA. Good time with Ben, ate a good amount lol but I deserved that, back to the grind though, coming back harder on the diet and work out.

Need to read even more, and be more hungry.
Stay concentrated and focused and work and also meditate.

STAY HUNGRY.

Jay,

Thank you for being so steady grinding. I may be hungry, but often I don't have the discipline to push myself to accomplish my goals when there are just a few obstacles. Looking at you makes me realize I'm just being a pussy making excuses. Grateful that I can look to you as an example and see that steadily achieving is possible.

Hope we always motivate each other bro.
