| Had a really hard time this week. Definitely a lot of emotional eating. I'm aware I'm doing it, which I suppose is good, but I keep doing it. Also sometimes I feel like I have to eat something because it will be gone soon...but if it isn't even that good, why am I doing that. Feeling really ready to focus for next week, though. | |
