| Goal had agin been achieved. I will continue to be proactive with the strategies that have helped me achieve success these last few weeks. Also the money that I am saving is a big help as well as natural reinforcer to keep doing the same things. | |

| This week I have achieved another successful week in completing my goal. I continue to use replacement strategies and make sure I plan in order to guarantee success. I hopefully will have another good week in completing and reaching my person goal. This is also week 5 since beginning the behavioral proposal. Time is flying! | |

| This week I continued to show commitment by making progress on my goal. This week I continued to prepare green tea proactively the night before to be prepared for the day. I have additionally been saving money since the coffee I consume, is now being prepared at home many times as well. I will hope to continue the behavior trend and hope to report future success next week. | |

| I was able to complete another successful week following my behavioral contract. I continued to use green tea as a substitute and even started preparing coffee at home in the morning, saving me some money in the process. Next week, I hope to report more success in my goal. | |
