It's going alright. I haven't really gained much strength or weight, so I'm going to increase calories this week. I probably will need to anyway since I'll be walking to SMC and back. I've gained some strength with dead lift, but nothing too special yet. |

Great workout today. I just got home from the store after going to the fitness center. I did 175lb dead lifts, so it's nice to see some progression. I'm finally dialing in on my diet and eating enough on rest days. It means higher carb, but that doesn't really matter since I won't gain much fat anyway. I can also always do a 1 month cut and lose like 5lbs of fat, once I weigh ~165lbs or so, so I'm not worried about that. And anyway, my surplus isn't huge(although I may increase it if little progress comes) so I'll make pretty lean gains anyway.
About to shower and wash up, then have a post workout meal. My whey also arrives today, so that's cool. It'll be vital for success when I go to SMC. |
