5 Days Detox once a month & Exercis... Star this Commitment
Week 20 of 20

avioletstar commits to:
the actual plan is to lose 1 LB a day with 5 days detox fasting, which would include teas, minimal mushrooms soup with spices and of course 1-1.5 gallon of water a day. I have prepared 4 bottles of tea in the fridge today for tomorrow and the next 5 days. The idea is calories restrictions with exercise, and to do all of this once a month, each month! The other 3 weeks would be dedicated to mushrooms based diet and exercising in the sun and indoors

Sodexho are Marriott and Marriott are Sodexho, run by the same mormons! They used to be Marriott on campus and just changed their name few years ago to Sodexho! They own the food services in jails too!
I'm just going to sit there for the company and eat nothing, I'll make sure I eat beforehand, so I don't have to put inside my body any foreign unidentified objects or tapeworms, other parasites and chemicals! God, many times I wish I've been going to school for biochemistry, so I could open my own food testing lab, and have private customers, even students, who can submit to me food sampling! That would be good enough reason for the CDC or FDA to visit those places! It's a local business killer and food places would hate me for that, but food standards must go up, and we shouldn't get food sick!!!!
Local food places would probably try to shut me down, but I would make sure I have competitors in lab testing industry, so more ppl's are trained in that, and those kind of businesses would spread like a wild fire! This is more of a mission, not trying to guess why and when and where someone got food sick!!!

Sodexho is a nightmare to work with re: gluten free foods and so forth...organic forget it.
A friend of mine has a really severe gluten intolerance, and has an app that tells her what restaurants she can eat at that are truly GF. Something like that might help...I will have to look up the name of the app for you.

I'm more and more concerned about what I would eat at the alumni dinners that one of them on campus and the rest in restaurants around town! I'm really not sure what I can eat there, since I've been having a lot of food allergies lately! Plus I don't feel like getting tapeworms into my body and other parasites!
I think I simply going to bring my own food! I'll just tell everybody I've been food sick each time I went out and ate outside or restaurant food! Another option is to ask or have a poll of who would prefer organic food, but I doubt anyone would care or that the sudexho company on campus (food services) which has monopoly over food, or even town restaurants would care about it!
I think the best option is to say that I've had many food allergies and been sick a lot because of food sensitivity I've had!
