80oz water daily. Run/walk 3/wk min 30min S,M/T,W/Th,F. Strength Train M/3,T/12,W/3,Th/12,F/3. (F before Shabbat) 3 is PT (always crunch and plank + 1) 12 is all. 3 splurge/wk. Exempt if me or fam is sick. Exempt on 3 travel days, GROW conference, April day, and while camping.
