triggers are what need awareness, if I can be perfectly balanced and aware during a trigger I can manage to feel the craving completely...
today whole day I will practice this during the regular triggers I.e. at 1 30, 4 30 and 6 00... gradual self improvement is the key which means one day at a time.. |

something needs to change some deep structural changes need to be taken place smoking needs to be put to death the craving has to identify itself and be extra aware only for a few min the next trigger will be at 4 30 pm I just need to build my willpower up at that time.. come Elton you can do it say goodbye to smoking |
