I drank on date night only, though I wish I hadn't. I'm not used to drinking so rarely, and I forget I need less. 3 drinks was too much. I was dragging the next day, and it was enough to knock me off track even though I stayed within an acceptable range of calories.
It seems like any time I see a little progress I get cocky and too lenient with myself then screw up. |

I drank on single parenting night and ladies night, both of which are cool. The best part is that I didn't even think about it on other days. But that also might be because I spent half the time sick in bed. |

I did drink. Two ciders and two cocktails from 3pm to bedtime. I also made sure to drink one of my 24oz glasses of water with each one to make sure I wasn't just throwing back the alcohol like it was water. |

I picked up some tofurkey sausages and cider for a little Labor Day BBQ, but I'm making a sincere effort to pay attention to the time and drink mindfully. |
