to be very specific and technical, NOT going on ANY URL with "facebook.com" in it, and only using www.messenger.com. In simpler terms, not using the main Facebook website, but using the Messenger counterpart. This is unless my account is hacked and I need to fix the settings, or I enter the website by accident.
