I am printing the slides from the presentation and putting reminders on my phone for each of the power hour items. I should be able to have this done by Friday then restart. |

It has been tough but I am trying. Making such changes, although some small, is difficult in Q4 when I am slammed. I am making the small changes such as movements every hour and water before bed and at waking but getting enough sleep, writing the top 3 important things, and saving time the next day first thing to do it are difficult. I'm not giving up! |
