I'm going grain free! Trying to cut out pastas and breads (my weakness). I've been trying to grab an orange on my way out the door instead of picking up a small fast food item; which being totally honest has turned into a large meal with fries from mcd's

Hi Erin,

Just checking in. Hope all is well. It's ok to take a moment to reset if needed. I am going 100% fruit and veg till the end of January if you want to join me. While not counting calories to restrict them I have noticed less impulse eating. Have given up soda and alcohol as well this month- they are triggers for me. Good luck and happy new year!
