For 90 days:
- only 3 measl a day, no snacks in between - 8 junk food credits a week (Tim Tam standard) Exceptions: - can do dessert snacks if ypu wish, after your final Parties and get togethers, can eat these for a defined period of max 20 minutes either as as meal or connected to one. Nose picking: - Complete ban on finger entering the nose without a tissue or handkerchief Exceptions - Max 3 mistakes day - Only 1 if a pick - deliberat pick - immediate failure
