148!!! Holy crap. I lost 7 pounds this month!! 32 pounds for the 6 month long 40 will be fab challenge that this StickK was tied to. 92 pounds total or 38% since I switched to a plant based diet. Wow. This StickK has helped me SO SO much. Knowing that my commitment wasn't just about me, and if I fucked up, I'd be supporting something fucked up was the clincher in a few internal struggles. I did not break one thing of my StickK this whole time. I'm so proud of what I've accomplished. 5 days of planned food debauchery starts today and then I'll spend the rest of the month making sure I end the month at this same weight or lower. |

151.6!!! Weighing in today for the big Healthy Wage challenge. I met the goal a while back but this is exciting. 3.4 pounds since April 30th or an average of .85 pounds per week!! I will weigh again next Friday for my actual challenge total, but since December that's 28.6 pounds gone.
Going to continue to follow the plan through this long weekend and finish strong on Friday. Trying to really dial in and solidify my plan for after I get back from Vegas. My goal is to weigh the same (or less) on July 1st as I do on June 1st. |

Only two more weeks!!! So excited. Doing well. Smoothie dessert seems to be working. Oats are also such a powerful option. I've learned so much on this challenge. I can say no to temptations. I can plan ahead. I can eat delicious food and stick to my weight goals. In the next two weeks I just want to finish strong and solidify these good habits. I am very excited about eating foods I haven't eaten in 6 months, but reminding myself that they aren't magic and they can't make me do anything. Vegas won't ruin my hard work. At the end of June, I will Weigh the same or less than I did at the end of May. This is how I'm going to live my life. Healthy eating with planned rare and appropriate treats. |

Did a pretty good job this week. Ate much more frequently than normal, but did stop the over stuffing habit. Basic pattern was eating two peppers at my desk, then Oats (either all at once or in two sittings) then some other veggies. Then dinner. Then a smoothie with 2 cups of greens. |
