I get what u mean. It's rly hard. Try limiting yourself slowly. Surround yourself with good food. My mom says that if u only eat like fruits and veggies that u can eat as much as you want. Also make sure to drink lots of water. 136 is pretty good. I'm excited for ur bday !!!!!

i hate dieting so much sometimes like this week i ate so much fucking food. idk i feel good about today tho... i just want to lose a bit of weight before prom and my birthday

missed you too! camping was really fun! i got hella sunburned though... that's what i get for not wearing sunscreen km :p also eating healthy is a freaking struggle... i look like i weigh 160 but i actually weigh 136 which is still big but like idk what to do... i run track 4 days a week and i get some form of exercise on the weekends but i snack! ugh i wish i could never be in a snack mood. i didnt really yesterday but i am in a snack mood today rip
