I'd like to say NO, but the Yes/No toggle doesn't work here in Firefox. LOL. So Yes! But no, I abandoned the goal this week due to a head cold that made me pretty "fuck all this crap"-ish toward any goals besides eating hot food, feeding my cat and her semi-wild counterparts, and showering occasionally. I got dressed today!
Interestingly, over the last week I've consistently and without particular effort been going to sleep at midnight and getting up without an alarm or undue distress at 10am. This is my natural sleep pattern on vacation, which I have always assumed to be a healthy, not-stress-driven rhythm. Hmmm.

I love that you've recognized that having this challenge has opened you to looking at what you were asking of yourself while making this challenge, and realizing that sometimes a flow of creativity (or boredom) can alter your experience on your schedule. We will ebb and flow no different than the tides, the moon, and the universe. YAY! =) |

Still doing well-sudden influx of good work has helped tremendously. Looking back, I see that I was bored, discouraged, and frustrated when I started this challenge. I think imposing this discipline on myself has caused the positive changes I'm experiencing. I really need structure in my life to function efficiently, as long as it's not rigid and can flow with me. |

Parameters have shifted, but the most important part of what I wanted (getting up in a positive, non-procrastinating mood) is getting stronger. |
