Only liquids (including 100% fruit juice) unless exercise goals met. Fruit after (ride bike at least 10 miles or train at least an hour). Add veggies if ride bike at least 20 miles or train 2 hrs. Off rest of day if ride bike 50 miles or train 3 hrs. Off next day on any 75 mile or more cycling day. Off date night(s) with Mom & special activities. Please renew this commitment weekly until weight of 155. One day off when reach weight of 167 and again at 159.
