Commit to stay on track, one meal at a time. And if and when I do fall off track, I will try, TRY not to make it worse by bingeing.

Back on track, baby! Thanks to Bright Line Eating (No sugar, no flour, meals, quantities), I'm back in the saddle again... till this cRaZy horse bucks me off again! :)

Was my commitment to GAIN weight? If so, I'm a winner!!! Instead of losing, I gained 1.6 - not good. Oh well, there's only room for improvement (I hope!).
