From midnight 01/01/17 to cut the junk food from my diet. This includes sugar items like sweets, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, ice cream, popcorn and anything like scones. Also included is bread, wraps, pasta, dairy (excluding yoghurt), processed foods, all takeaways, crisps, cereals, crackers, pastry and pizza. Review in April. I promise you sister Soo that this will be achieved over the next 12 weeks.
