I did exceptionally well with my sleep "discipline" this week now we need to ensure this is consistent by implementing a suitable level of sleep "hygiene" (going to bed early enough/on time at the same time each night)

There have been some big improvements in the last 2 weeks but you still slept all day on Tuesday and Wednesday and that is not acceptable tom

Get to bed at 11:30 (30minutes of brainev)

Wake up at 7:30am

DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE PLAN no matter what! YOU NEED TO BUILD A HABIT/ROUTINE and condition your energy levels to this cycle tom!!!
