I will lift weights or do cardio at least 30 minutes a day, for 6 days a week with one rest day on Sunday.
I will eat at LEAST 100 grams of protein a day. I will take before photos, record my weight, and record body measurements on Monday, January 30th. 2017. I will take after photos, record my weight, and record body measurements on Monday, May 1st. 2017. I will finish 1 to 2 chapters of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" every week. I will finish the book by Monday, May 1st. 2017.
