Tough week but had a ton of activity. Went door knocking and circle prospecting. Called old expired I had reached out to. Apparently missed the boat on two listings bc I didn't follow up at the time I was supposed to. My system works I just have to stick with it and be more aggressive. I'm a connector But now it's time to be a closer.
Leon's Peachtree is going under contract god willing tomorrow. I put an offer in for nathan Zalta for Logan. Hopefully we'll have an accepted offer tom. Jack's condo is in attorney review. I'm waiting on Heena to give me the go ahead to submit an offer for northwoods. Hopefully we can make brookside work for Camille. Eli Ben Soussan is coming tom hopefully we'll submit a lease w a deposit tomorrow after the 11 am showing. Find jack green (new buyer) a house in elberon or near kollel. Follow up with Elliot Dabbah if he wants to put an offer for Zachary. Show Stephanie 63 jamestown. Follow up with Raymond Dana about Jamestown houses. Follow up with Cathy and Raymond Mizrahi about 6 Jamestown. Been working w a bunch of buyers and summer renters. Still prospecting tho and staying focused. Ohhhhh snap. :) |

Slow start to the week on the prospecting end but got a few more leads for summer rentals. Circle prospected for 2.5 hours today. Called 2 Fsbo's I passed by and will possibly list the House in a month. Will also hopefully find a summer tenant for the second House in wlb on Johnston st.
Took out a new buyer and new renters (2hrs)
Write up a lease for debbie and now gonna write one for meirav.
Tomorrow's plan is to door knock 5 houses and call Expired's for 2 hours |

It was definitely a rough week and it was challenging at times to stay on track. A lot of the work class was answering ads but also did circle prospecting. Had to cram it into a few days, had a few new apptmts and had an accepted offer! Thank Gd. Gonna keep on keepin on. Tomorrow is Expired's Monday gonna work my action plan and call some new leads. Was crazy busy this week. startered off really rough and wanting to just give up on the whole thing. Got an hour in each day on mon and tues. Wed I reached out to different referrals and ppl who know ppl renting and circle prospected who might want to rent their house in the summer. I had a few showings and wrote up a contract for a buyer's I'm hoping to write up a lease for judy and another contract for heena. I hope she doesn't wait too long as I think this house is perfect for her. Thurs was a grinding day. I sent out an ad for summer rentals and got a ton of inquiries on wed. I called them all on thurs and got in touch w someone who's looking to sell two properties in long branch. Friday I did some follow up and had a showing for a new buyer. Didn't door knock today but I'll do two days next week. Sunday is tough bc I have plans so it's had to not schedule showings but my dad will take them for summer tenants. Hopefully they like what we show them and jump on it. Got a few more showings for Monday 2 tenants coming down to see props and one buyer coming in on thurs to see some properties.
Feels good to be on top my business and actually having some business. Now BH it just has to close. |
