beachninja commits to:
Writing a weekly plan on a Sunday or Monday with a very simple and easy list of activities to do (or not do) each day. I will complete a minimum of 50% of those activities. The list may be added to but a cancellation or delay is counted as an incomplete activity. Making a start is counted as a success. Illness (worse than a head cold) or injury (worse than sprained ankle) makes me exempt from this contract.
