Do my readings first thing after breakfast, unless I'm ill or have to get up earlier than usual for one-off circumstances e.g. travel. Breakfast must be before 7.30am.
Secondly I will look for a common theme if I can that occurs in all three readings. This will help me to search the Scriptures.

| Forgot to update - grr! Today I read the readings after breakfast. I'm starting to establish a regular routine again. I must stop worrying if I miss a day. Missing one day doesn't have to throw me off balance completely. I can get back on the wagon. | |
