I commit to sleeping at 12 to 1 am and wake up at 7 to 8 am,using Steve Pavlina's "Get up and go" method. I have been oversleeping a lot of days and those days are my productivity low points. I need to condition a physiological response to the sound of my alarm.When my alarm goes ogg,I will get up without even thinking about it.The more I run this patter,the stronger it will become.Eventually,it will be uncomfortable not to get up when my alarm goes off.Every time I fail to get up
