| I'm sorry...! Maybe you should try to remember why you wanted to wake up at 6 this year? What where you expecting to get out of getting up that early? What prevents you from just getting up or staying up? What allows you to keep sleeping (that you can get rid of)...? | |

| This week I have been very ill with depression and on a lot of days haven't been able to get out of bed at all. But I've gone to bed on time. Am I ok to count this as success as per the rules including being ill? | |
