dtdlurch commits to:
I will not eat sugar, fried foods, or wheat for 8 weeks, with the exception of a little sugar in my coffee (gotta have it) and cheat days on Saturday. I will also exercise 4 times a week minimum; preferably at least 30 mins of some form of exercise every day.

Stuck to it through the week. I guess I made it a half way successful challenge. Definitely will do this again. But, I think next time, I won't put so much in the challenges. Maybe split this challenge into two different ones because, some weeks I was successful at one and failed at the other, which caused me to "fail" entirely. In any case, its a work in progress and I am going to keep at it.
