| This week was not quite as tough as last. But I realize now I should have made a caloric commitment, too. SitckK won't allow me to change my commitment (for obvious reasons), so I'm just letting you know I've "unofficially" added a calorie restriction of 1500 calories. | |

| Howdy! I stuck to my commitment, but it was rocky. Over-indulging in carbs meant, on a few days, I had to eat Quest Bars, salad... and drink LOTS of water. Also, Quest Bars are low in net carbs... but I ate way too much protein as a result of this workaround. SO my commitment this next week is my basic commitment PLUS staying under 1500 calories AND keeping my protein levels down to merely adequate (for me that means 120g). | |
