The following needs to be achieved:
1. AM/PM Routine every day - AM = Guided Sam Harris (9 minutes) Solo meditation (6 minutes) Affirmations/Visualisation (6 minutes) Read over plan of the day + Hold squat form/add 10 seconds to it. PM = Plan the next day on the Google Calendar based on Sunday's task list. Guided Harris meditation + 2 minutes of visualising the next day. (Lie on the floor for this to be appreciate bed) 2. Upper, Lower, Yoga/Mobility Split again (Unless injured or ill)
